Here’s what you need:
1 medium fresh cantaloupe cut into large chunks
1 small fresh watermelon cut into large chunks
1 pint fresh strawberries hulled
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons honey
5 popsicle molds (4 ounces each)
For the cantaloupe: In a blender combine the cantaloupe, almond milk and honey. Blend on low speed until ingredients are combined. Pour mixture to the half way mark of the pop molds. Freeze for at least 1 hour prior to adding watermelon.
For the watermelon: In a blender combine watermelon and strawberries. Blend on low speed. Pour on top of the cantaloupe and let set overnight until solid. To remove from molds: run water over the mold to release your popsicles.
