Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Popsicles

Here’s what you need:

1 medium sized fresh pineapple cut into large chunks

1/2 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

5 popsicle molds (4 ounces each)

In a blender combine the pineapple, almond milk, cayenne pepper and honey. Blend on low speed until ingredients are combined. I like to leave it a little chunky. Pour mixture into pop molds. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid. To remove from molds: run water over the mold to release your popsicles.
