Here’s what you need:

1 1/2 cups frozen Blueberries

1/2 cup greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

zest of 1 lemon

5 popsicle molds (4 ounces each)

In a blender combine the blueberries, greek yogurt, honey and lemon zest. Blend on low speed until ingredients are incorporated. Pour mixture into pop molds.  Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight until solid. To remove from molds: run water over the mold to release your popsicles.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!
